star7x Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the star7x platform and its users. By using the star7x website or services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. Please read this document in full before registering or using any service.

1. General Terms

star7x ("we", "us", or "the platform") operates an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the website www.star7x.lat and all services connected to it.

Any interaction with star7x — creating an account, depositing, withdrawing, betting or gaming — indicates your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using this platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, star7x's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The star7x platform is for persons aged 21 or above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in your account being closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Running multiple accounts under the same person — using the same name, phone number, email or payment details — is strictly prohibited. star7x reserves the right to permanently close all related accounts and forfeit their balances if this rule is violated.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. If any registered details change, our support team must be notified without delay. The user bears full responsibility for any issues arising from false or misleading information.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Never share your login details — username and password — with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

star7x reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process. Government-issued identification (National ID card, passport) and proof of payment account may be required. star7x reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests if the required documents are not submitted.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no login or transaction for 180 consecutive days or more. Any decisions regarding the balance of an inactive account are at star7x's discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on star7x is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this timeframe may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if unusual activity is suspected.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a different person's name are not permitted.

4.3 Transaction Verification

If you experience any issue with a transaction, notify our support team without delay. The deadline for raising a transaction dispute is a maximum of 30 days from the date of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To make any bonus withdrawable, a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met. This means you must wager ten times the combined total of your deposit and bonus before withdrawing the bonus. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 Other Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, star7x reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
• star7x reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A new bonus cannot be added while another bonus is active.

6. Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

star7x is a fair play platform. Our games are operated by internationally recognised providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and others) and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for different games and betting markets, and these are displayed in the game interface. star7x reserves the right to adjust the betting limits of any user.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, software error or network issue, star7x will make a decision after an appropriate investigation. Incorrect jackpot or winning amounts displayed as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the star7x platform:

• Running multiple accounts or registering using a third party's identity.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse — fulfilling wagering requirements through artificial means.
• Betting or gaming using automated bots or software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Defrauding or threatening other users.
• Submitting false identification or forged documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If evidence of any of the prohibited activities listed above is found, star7x reserves the right to close the relevant account immediately, forfeit its balance, and take legal action where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the star7x website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is the intellectual property of star7x or the relevant licensor and is protected by applicable law.

Users may use platform content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Prior written permission from star7x is required to republish, copy, distribute or modify any content.

9. Responsible Gaming

star7x places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment, not a path to financial gain.

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, any pending bets or transactions will be completed and the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by star7x

star7x reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Evidence of running multiple accounts.
• Legal instructions or orders from a regulatory authority.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

star7x provides its services on an "as is" basis. star7x is not liable in the following cases:

• Loss to the user caused by technical outages or third-party network issues.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence or error.
• Account loss due to unauthorised or unlawful third-party access.
• Incomplete transactions or bets caused by loss of internet connection.

In any circumstance, star7x's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12. Changes to Terms

star7x reserves the right to partially or fully change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to users' registered email addresses or a clear announcement will be made on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. The date of each change will be noted at the top of the page.
